2019 study on the state of ICT in Uganda, just over one-third (36%) of non-internet users are digitally illiterate, with 23 percent stating that they do not know how to use the internet and 13 percent giving a negative assessment about their need for the internet.

Uganda is like any other developing countries, the digital literacy levels are very low especially in the rural and marginal-urban areas.

With the above problem stated, we lead to stand in the gap to create digital awareness and training.

Up-skill our people on emerging technologies impacting the industry. Develop the basic digital knowledge, skills and awareness required when working with clients, while understanding the changing landscape of the industry and the impact of technology.
